Last updated: October 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VideoSave, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Permitted Use & Copyright Compliance

VideoSave is provided solely as a format conversion and downloading utility for:

  • Public-domain video and audio content.
  • Openly licensed educational and scientific media.
  • Media for which you own the copyright or have express authorization from the copyright holder.
  • Fair use educational, research, and non-commercial personal backup purposes.

You agree not to use VideoSave to infringe upon any intellectual property rights or circumvent digital rights management (DRM) protections.

3. Service Limitations & Fair Use

VideoSave applies rate, concurrency, duration and file-size controls to protect the service. By default, media is limited to 30 minutes and 500 MiB, although deployment configuration may differ. Availability and results also depend on the submitted URL, upstream platform and supported formats. Automated abuse and unsafe internal-network targets are blocked.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

VideoSave is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Governing Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
